GENERAL INFORMATION

Tuesdays to Sundays 9:00am to 6:00pm (last entry at 5:30pm)
Closed Mondays, Christmas day and New Year’s day.

Admission to the Museum:
Php 200 – General admission
Php 150 – Senior/PWD with valid ID
Php 120 – Student with valid Philippine school issued ID
Free – Child no taller than 42″
Special rates for student & organized groups with minimum of 30 guests

EcoTrail tour:
Php 200 – Regular fee
Php 150 – Senior/PWD with valid ID
Php 120 – Student with valid Philippine school issued ID
Php 150 – Guide fee per group*
*An Eco-trail Guide will be assigned to accompany children (aged 6 to 12) in groups of 10 and other hikers (aged 13 onwards) in groups of 15

 

VISITOR GUIDELINES

Guided Tours

  • Museum & Eco-trail guided tours are available, please inquire at the reception.

 
Personal Conduct

  • Museum visitors are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly manner. The Museum reserves the right to remove from its premises any person demonstrating unruly or disruptive behavior.
  • Children must be supervised by their parent/s or an adult at all times.
  • Please respect the rights of other visitors to quiet contemplation & study. Shouting, running, rough play & other improper behavior are prohibited.

Photography

  • Still photography for personal use is permitted.
  • Flash photography, video recording, drones, tripods & monopods (or selfie-sticks) are not allowed anywhere in the property.
  • Selfie-sticks are allowed only in the Farm & Gardens.

Artworks

  • Touching of any artwork/artefact, leaning or resting on pedestals & Museum walls are strictly prohibited. Note that even the slightest contact can damage the surface of a painting, discolor stone, & even rust metal.
  • Keep a 12-inch safety zone between you & a work of art. This helps to avoid accidental touching or bumping.  As it is the Museum’s responsibility to make sure works of art remain safe, we thank you for not touching on behalf of future generations of visitors.

Sketching

  • Sketching is permitted in the galleries (pencil only, no ink or paint) with sketchbooks no larger than 8.5×11".
  • Easels, stools, or sketching while sitting on the floor are not allowed.

Food & Beverages

  • Outside food & drinks are not permitted anywhere within the property.
  • Food & drinks are allowed only in Cafe Sabel & may not be carried into the galleries or other areas.

Animals

  • Pets are not permitted anywhere within the property.

Smoking

  • The Museum is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the property.

Bags & Packages

  • Large bags & other oversized items are not allowed inside the Museum, & must be left at the reception counter. The Museum will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

Security

  • The Museum is protected by surveillance cameras.
  • Management reserves the right to restrict entry into any or all areas of the BenCab Museum, Farm & Gardens without prior notice, for any reason it deems necessary.
  • Precautions have been taken to provide a safe environment. Visitors have a duty to exercise reasonable care for their own safety. Management will not be held liable for accidents caused by carelessness nor negligence.

 

TRANSPORTATION ACCESS

Car: 15-minute drive from Baguio City center.
Public transport: Jeep to Asin from jeepney terminal near Baguio market.
